WHAT IS THE SUPERVISOR RESPONDER?
The SuperVisor Responder can retrieve system configuration, operating system, SCSI, NuBus, PRAM, Application, DA, FONT, and INIT (System Extension) information. All information is returned in real time. Users can selectively scan for only the information they need and print or save scan results for use with word processing or spreadsheet applications. Saved information can be easily imported into Network SuperVisor™, CSG's high-end network support tool.
The SuperVisor Responder gives users a complete breakdown of the hardware and software installed on their computer in just a few seconds. Users can use this information to help identify INIT conflicts, outdated hardware and software, duplicate applications, SCSI ID numbers, monitor resolution, and much more.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• The SuperVisor Responder™ requires AppleTalk™ version 53 or greater, and ADSP™ to work correctly. These resources are included in System 7.0.
